We built LimTC as the third option.
Growing businesses were stuck between expensive in-house hiring and traditional outsourcing that handed them shared pools and inconsistent quality. We built a third option: dedicated teams, designed around the business, approved by the client, and run as a partnership. We started in 2017 and have not stopped since.
Why LimTC exists.
In 2017, the founders looked at how growing companies were getting support and operations done and saw two options that did not work. The first was hiring in house, which was slow, expensive, and hard to scale. The second was outsourcing to a traditional provider, which delivered seats from a shared pool, no real ownership, and quality that swung from month to month.
The companies caught between those two options were exactly the ones whose support and operations were becoming mission-critical. So we built the third option. Dedicated teams, designed around each client's workflow, approved by the client, and managed by us as a long-term partnership.
Nine years of building teams that last.
LimTC has been building dedicated support and operations teams since 2017. Today we are 60 plus professionals serving clients worldwide. We have grown carefully, kept the work rigorous, and invested in people for the long term. Clients renew because the teams we build for them stay productive month after month. Team members stay because the work is good and the company is stable. Continuity is the product.
The people behind your team.
A real company with named leadership. You will know who runs your engagement, and who runs ours.

Why Ukraine.
Ukraine gives access to educated, English-speaking, technically capable professionals who are used to working with international companies. The talent is strong, the work ethic is serious, and the value for the skill level is hard to match anywhere else.
LimTC adds the structure around that talent: careful recruitment, HR, payroll, training capture, QA, management, and continuity planning. You get the quality of the people and the reliability of a managed partner, with backup coverage and documentation in place so a single absence never derails the work.
What that means for you
- Educated, English-fluent professionals
- Comfortable working with international teams
- Strong value for the skill level
- Managed by LimTC, not left on their own
- Backup coverage and documentation for continuity
Four principles you can hold us to.
Not posters in a hallway. These are the promises that show up in how your team is built and managed.
We hire carefully.
Sourced fresh against the profile you approved, screened in three internal rounds, and never placed without your final yes.
We document what matters.
We capture training and turn it into a knowledge base and playbooks you own, so the work does not live in one person's head.
We manage people like humans.
Real 1:1s, wellbeing checks, and growth plans. People who are looked after do better work and stay longer. That is your continuity.
We improve as the team grows.
Every engagement teaches us something. We feed it back into how we run yours, so the second hire is easier than the first.
